Terms and Conditions:

  • GETaTRADE-IN sells devices to customers for personal use including as a trade-in device that may qualify you for a trade-in promotion.
  • All devices sold by GETaTRADE-IN.com are guaranteed to qualify for the trade-in promotion it is assigned. The devices are fully inspected and verified to ensure its qualification for the trade-in promotion requirements.
  • Devices processed as an in-store trade-in with a wireless retail partner or carrier partner shipped by GETaTRADE-IN will include a moneyback guarantee.
  • Devices processed as take-home trade-later with a wireless retail partner or carrier partner shipped by GETaTRADE-IN will include a moneyback guarantee.
  • Devices sold and shipped to a customer will include a 30 day return policy. Any returns must be approved by GETaTRADE-IN by contacting customer support. Device must be returned in the same condition. You will be responsible for 10% restocking fee and return shipping cost. Refund will processed within 14 days of receiving the returned device to the payment used for purchase.   

Trade-in Promotions:

  • Trade-in Promotion requirements and guidelines are established by the wireless carriers. You are required to review and adhere the wireless carrier requirements prior to purchasing a trade-in device through GETaTRADE-IN.
  • Trade-in Promotions are applied as bill credits that starts between 1-3 billing cycles and up to 30 months. See your wireless carrier terms and conditions for exact details.

Money-back Guarantee:

  • GETaTRADE-IN guarantees your moneyback when the device sale and bill credit promotion qualification is facilitated through the wireless retailer partner or carrier partner.
  • If the GETaTRADE-IN device did not qualify for the promotion and you are not able to receive the bill credit promotion due to the following but not limited to
    • Trade-in device value is less than the minimum trade-in value to qualify for the promotion
    • Trade-in device is not a qualified device
  • You must submit a claim to www.getatradein.com/customersupport/claims with the following requirements.
  • A copy of the device activation and upgrade receipt reflecting a trade-in with the GETaTRADE-IN device purchased IMEI.
  • A copy of your wireless bill reflecting the mobile number on the purchase
  • Any other information that provides proof the the GETaTRADE-IN device IMIEI was processed with an activation or upgrade to qualify for a wireless carrier trade-in promotion.
  • You will receive the value difference of the device purchase cost and the trade-in vendor/carrier trade-in value determination. (ex. Device purchase is $200 and trade-in value determination is $100. You will receive a $100 refund)
